Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the optimization and efficiency of our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions to streamline processes and reduce costs. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that supply chain activities are aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the supply chain. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service. Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration. Develop and maintain reports and presentations to communicate supply chain performance and progress on improvement initiatives. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in supply chain management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools. Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, is a plus.
