The Client – Manages and operates a platform that is used by the largest smartphones brands for managing their after sales service and other operations

The Challenge – Build a platform that enables the client to offer its service to large global brands to manage their after sales operations. The client also intended to build other direct revenue streams like insurance, trade-in / exchange of devices etc.

The Solution – A comprehensive solution that had both the frontend (a mobile app that could be white labeled as required by the brands) and backend to manage all aspects of the operations.
